Just a checklist
This is nothing more than a food pyramid checklist. No real information. If all you want to do is quickly keep track of types of foods you have eaten for the day, then this app is for you. If you want more in depth information with regards to food groups and nutrition then DO NOT get this app. I find it useful since all I want to do is keep track of my food pyramid. So for the reason I got it I give it 3/5. Although its a good app it should be around the .99 price range or even
